Design Visions is a wholesale only company and is represented by a host of authorized dealers. Dealers include specialty boutiques, gift stores, jewelry stores, greeting card shops, large department stores, and e-commerce sites. You must have a tax-exempt certificate from the state where your business is located to become a dealer and place an order.

If you are an existing customer, please fill out the Place an Order Form . Other forms you may need include the Custom Design Worksheet, Family Bracelets Order Form , and Engraving Order Form.
